Don't worry, our items will be left in your mailbox if they are small enough. Otherwise, your package will be left at your post office where you can pick it up.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Don't worry, if your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your information. Otherwise, according to our terms and conditions of sale, once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, no further changes can be made.
Is your website secure?
This site is 100% secure. In fact, one could even say that it is 300% secure. Here's why: First, the site you are visiting is on a HTTPS server (the little green padlock located on the left side of the URL of this page is there to remind you). Most sites only secure their "shopping cart" and everything related to the payment of orders. On this site, ALL PAGES are secured and cannot be hacked or targeted by malicious software. Finally, regarding payment, we use Stripe and Paypal which are the references in terms of transaction security on the Internet.
What are the payment methods?
Currently, you can pay by credit card or via Paypal on our site. We do not accept bank checks, wire transfers, or payment on delivery.
What if I am not satisfied with my product?
We offer a 100% "satisfied or refunded" guarantee! If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 7 days after receipt and we will fully refund the price of the item as soon as it arrives back to the supplier. However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and the return costs must be paid by you. The proof of postage should then be sent to us by email as proof of delivery.
